Amazing small hotel. Stunning location very close to local transport to the main train station, easy to get anywhere. Also - just off the city center, both the duomo, and the street, pharmacy, gelateria, bakery.

Well appointed and little hotel in a peaceful position pretty close to everything if you like to walk.

The breakfast was satisfactory with very friendy waitress and fabulous pastries, for instance, so much to pick from. The location was great and stunning as for me, right by centre, downtown, and the main train station. I thoroughly enjoyed the lunch in the nearby I' Trippaio di Firenze.

The total stay was extra special for two nights in September. Our twin room was decorated in a nice design. Having a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet was a bonus. the hotel was in a stunning location so close to the historic center of Florence as well as restaurants, cafes, and shops. Furthermore, it was outside of the main tourist area.

The place was amazing with genuinely helpful and professional staff, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. the room was a nice size and had an incredible view of the city and surrounding hills. - the location was the best, approximately a 10-15 minutes' walk from a neo-gothic Franciscan church.

Convenient location, away from the busy city center. Also, within walking distance to a parking area. The continental breakfast offers a good variety of food 🥐.

The location of the B&B is perfect, just outside the main historic center but still within walking distance. There is a lovely cafeteria nearby where you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace while soaking in the street atmosphere. The local transport to the main train station is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city.

The check-in process can be a bit confusing, as there is no one present upon arrival and you have to call the owner to unlock the door remotely.

fairly clean hotel with very very helpful and caring employees with the manager or owner. stunning location at walking distance from torre della zecca. found in the very nice area really close to nice coffee places and the palazzo vecchio.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, as the hotel was QUIET little and met what we needed. The location is marvellous and near the historic center and Ponte Vecchio and restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets. A restaurant is about 700 feet from here.

The rooms were lovely, with a beautiful balcony where we could relax and enjoy a drink before heading out for the evening. The location was ideal, just a short 10-minute walk to the city center, and the street where the B&B is located had plenty of shops and coffee places. The breakfast was delicious, and we also had the chance to meet some of the friendly residents in the old lift. The owners were nice, and the rooms and bathroom were modern and comfortable. it was excellent value for money, and we highly recommend it!

No complaints here! This place is perfect for a short stay - we had a really nice room that was pretty spacious and had a stunning view of the city and hills around. The pillows were hypo-allergenic, and the bed was comfy 😉.

The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the historical city center by foot. Many good restaurants are within walking distance. The room is clean and modern, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The breakfast is ample, with decent variety. The balcony provides a fantastic view of the city.

The elevator is unreliable, with limited space and confusing doors that may cause inconvenience.
